[The words "hiesigen" (loosely meaning "local" or as used here, "this") and "Eheschließenden" (marriage contracting) are difficult to read, but make sense in context. Curiously, here as well as in other documents within this same time period, we see alternate uses both the old Germanic and the Latin handwriting styles, probably because of the French influence in this part of Europe.]
